GFX Section!

The GFX Section has been redone! Rules have been redone, everything has been redone! Now from what I can tell "Ice" will be the Jan theme. So I will set it up the 1st of Jan or the end of Dec. Depends on the hangover... And we will get the party started!!! I have also created something in the "Battle Sigs" for everyone to check out!
